Adventure Kastle Home Decor will allow a return.
We are committed in ensuring your shopping experience with us is enjoyable therefore please read our product descriptions fully and make your selection carefully.
- Damages and issues – Please inspect (check) your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong order so that we can evaluate the issue and help to resolve it as best as possible.
- We aim to process refunds and replacements within 28 days of receipt by us of the original product, however, depending on your item, this may take longer .
- returned within 14 days of receiving the order;
- Exceptions or non-returnable items – All orders placed on custom products (such as special orders or custom orders) are not refundable. Admin fees are applicable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or promotions.
- Shipping (Free Or Flat Rate) – Free shipping is available for eligible postcodes within border states. Check our website for qualifying postcodes and details.
- Refunds – No return or refund on change of mind.
- You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Adventure Kastle Home Decor, you will not be eligible for a return.
- If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item returned, and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded.
